Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver event menus with the kitchen team and management.
• Plan purchasing, production, mise en place and service timings.
• Confirm guest numbers, dietary requirements and practical details with service and bookings.
• Take an active part in preparation, cooking, plating and service.
• Maintain consistent quality when many guests are served together.
• Coordinate event production with the wider kitchen's workload and capacity.
