Job summary

EYKON seeks a Technical Sales Support Engineer to support customers and sales activities across Scandinavia. You will be the link between customers, sales, product management and technical specialists, ensuring the right support while growing the business in Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

You will collaborate with order management, training teams and product management, handling pre‑sales initiatives, tenders and customer challenges in a truly international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience from a customer‑facing B2B environment involving technical sales, customer support, or pre‑sales.
• Ability to work with technical products, systems or solutions and translate topics into customer value.
• Professional proficiency in English with Swedish or Danish skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Scandinavian customers across Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
• Coordinate customer‑related activities and act as the customers' internal ambassador.
• Work with order management, logistics and commitments.
• Provide technical and commercial support to the sales organisation and tenders.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities and customer‑facing projects.
• Translate technical topics into practical customer value for internal teams.
• Collaborate with training and product management to support knowledge transfer.
