Visma e-conomic is seeking a Manager of Scale to lead its WOW technical support team through an AI-driven SaaS transition. You will oversee API support, bug reporting, and release communication while maintaining a strong customer focus.

You will bridge front-line operations with Product/Engineering, drive cross‑departmental alignment, and guide projects; knowledge of Danish and English is essential.
