Job summary

e-conomic, part of Visma, is hiring a Product Manager to own a defined problem area end-to-end. You will engage in customer discovery, design hypothesis-led tests, and deliver shipped code with measurable outcomes.

You will prototype with AI tools and drive adoption metrics while collaborating with design, engineering, and a senior PM lead. You bring 2-3 years of PM experience in a digital B2B SaaS, an AI-native approach, and a hands-on builder mindset.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of PM experience in a digital B2B SaaS product with active users.
• AI-native in practice: use AI tools for research, prototyping, evals and data analysis.
• Hands-on builder mentality: build, test and bring validated solutions to customers.
• Habitual customer discovery with a quantitative success mindset before building.
• Fluent professional English; Danish, Norwegian or Swedish reading ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined problem area end-to-end, focusing on validated user outcomes.
• Run continuous discovery with Danish bookkeepers and business owners.
• Build and prototype using AI tools, scripts and prompt/skill design.
• Instrument success with baselines and measure hours saved, approval rates, adoption.
• Evolve practice by sharing learnings with the PM team.
