LanguageWire Ltd is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to drive adoption of new processes across the Sales organisation, aligning BD and AM teams with standardized methodologies and AI-enabled tools. You will lead change initiatives, improve analytics, and ensure scalable sales enablement across the business.

The role requires 3+ years in a similar function, strong communication, and a passion for our industry. The position offers a hybrid work model with offices in Aarhus and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role in Sales, Commercial management, Consulting or similar.
• Demonstrated track record of driving change programs.
• Strong analytical mindset to analyse sales performance data and recommend actionable improvements.
• Even stronger emotional intelligence, as change requires convincing both hearts and minds.
• A genuine interest in our industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and standardize transparent sales methodologies amid new product launches and AI tools.
• Enhance sales performance and analytics through HubSpot.
• Lead implementation and adoption of new working methods, AI-driven RFP completion, updated sales presentations, or product demos.
• Inspire and challenge colleagues while guiding change initiatives.
