Job summary

NIL Technology is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support our global supply chain operations from Lyngby, Denmark. You will manage purchasing, logistics coordination, and SAP master data, collaborating with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and logistics providers across Europe and Asia.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and strong understanding of supply chain concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end purchasing by creating and managing purchase orders and supplier data.
• Coordinate global logistics including domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers.

Help Build a Scalable Global Supply Chain at NILT

At NIL Technology (NILT), we are growing rapidly and are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Lyngby. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our global supply chain operations through efficient purchasing, logistics coordination, and SAP master data management. You will work closely with colleagues, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and logistics providers across Europe and Asia to ensure materials and products move efficiently through our supply chain.

You will be joining an international Supply Chain team that currently spans Denmark, Switzerland, and Malaysia, where collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement are at the heart of how we work.

Tasks and responsibilities

Support the end-to-end purchasing process by creating and managing purchase orders, maintaining supplier information, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services. You will work proactively with suppliers to secure optimal quality, pricing, and delivery performance.

Coordinate Global Logistics

Manage domestic and international shipments while ensuring efficient transportation flows between suppliers, manufacturing sites, and customers. You will coordinate closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse partners to ensure deliveries arrive on time and in compliance with regulations.

Maintain and Develop SAP Processes

Act as a key user within SAP, ensuring accurate transaction handling and data quality across procurement and logistics activities. You will contribute to process improvements and support the continued development of supply chain workflows in our ERP environment.

Support Inventory and Supply Planning

Monitor stock levels, delivery status, and inventory movements. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help maintain supply continuity while balancing inventory levels and operational efficiency.

Ensure Transparency Through Reporting

Maintain accurate records and support reporting activities related to purchasing, logistics, supplier performance, and inventory management. You will also support compliance activities, audits, and invoice verification processes.

Collaborate Across Functions

Work closely with Operations, Production, Finance, Quality, and external partners to resolve supply chain challenges and drive continuous improvements throughout the end-to-end process. This cross-functional exposure offers significant opportunities for professional development and growth.

Skills, experiences and qualifications we are looking for

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience within purchasing, logistics, supply chain coordination, or procurement.
• Proficiency in SAP MM systems and MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP SD is an advantage
• Understanding of purchasing processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Experience working in an ERP-driven, multi-entity/intercompany environment.
• Experience handling international shipments and Incoterms.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities.
