Job summary

PharmaRelations AB in Copenhagen seeks a Supply Chain professional with SAP experience to support a SAP S/4HANA transition project while ensuring continuity across logistics processes. You will operate at the intersection of Supply Chain, Logistics and IT within a GDP-compliant international environment.

The 9-month assignment focuses on testing, data quality, process validation, and stakeholder coordination as a bridge between supply chain, logistics and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or Distribution.
• 2-5 years of hands-on SAP experience in a business-facing role.
• Comfortable working with both operational teams and IT/project teams.
• Experience from Pharma, MedTech, FMCG, or a regulated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated Supply Chain and SAP support for a major SAP S/4HANA transition project.
• Take ownership of testing, process validation, data quality reviews, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate stakeholders and bridge between Supply Chain, Logistics and IT.
• Support 3PL logistics management, KPI/SLA oversight, and monthly close.
• Ensure GDP compliance and audits support.
