Job summary

NIL Technology is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support our global supply chain operations from Lyngby, Denmark. You will manage purchasing, logistics coordination, and SAP master data, collaborating with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and logistics providers across Europe and Asia.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and strong understanding of supply chain concepts.
2–5 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or procurement roles.
Proficiency with SAP MM and MS Office; knowledge of SAP SD is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end purchasing by creating and managing purchase orders and supplier data.
Coordinate global logistics including domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
Act as a key SAP user ensuring data integrity and supporting process improvements.
Monitor inventory and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain supply continuity.
Maintain accurate records and support reporting for purchasing, logistics, supplier performance, and audits.
