Job summary

Everllence in Copenhagen is seeking a student worker in Direct Procurement to support our Two-Stroke Team. You will assist Category Managers with data collection, analysis, and reporting while gaining exposure to strategic sourcing and supplier management.

You should be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have a structured, analytical approach. Proficiency in Excel and strong English communication are essential, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

Student worker for Direct Procurement

Are you a motivated student with an interest in procurement, supply chain management, and data analysis? Do you want to gain hands‑on experience in a global company that drives the maritime energy transition? As a Student Worker in Direct Procurement, you will support our Category Managers with operational and analytical tasks while gaining valuable insight into strategic sourcing and supplier management.

You will play an important role in:

• Supporting Category Managers with data collection, analysis, and reporting activities.
• Maintaining procurement databases, supplier information, and category documentation.
• Preparing presentations, reports, and business cases for procurement projects.
• Supporting sourcing initiatives, RFQs, and tender processes.
• Supporting follow‑up activities from supplier and internal team meetings.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased data quality.

We imagine that you:

• Are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree within Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Have a structured and analytical approach to your work.
• Are comfortable working with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Have strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Are proactive, curious, and eager to learn about procurement and supplier management.
• Can work independently while also enjoying collaboration within a team environment.

As we are interested in a longer commitment, we encourage especially students with at least 2 years left on their education to apply for the job. You are expected to work at 10-15 hours per week from our Copenhagen office.

You will become part of a dynamic procurement Two-Stroke (LBL) team, responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers for components that are critical to our Two-Stroke Product Lines Engines. Our team works closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders across engineering, quality, logistics, and production to ensure competitive, reliable, and sustainable supply solutions.
