Job summary

Agilent Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly organized Supply Chain & Master Data Specialist for a 12-month assignment. The role focuses on supporting NPI, master data management, and key supply chain processes to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end supply chain solutions, optimize planning and inventory, and implement systems in a manufacturing environment. English and Danish fluency are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree; post-graduate certification may be required.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, master data or related operational environment.
  • Fluency in English and Danish.
  • Experience with electronic batch records, configuration activities, or system setup in manufacturing or regulated environments is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, manufacturing flow, and dependencies between master data, materials, systems and shop-floor execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing master data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, process compliance and seamless execution of business-critical activities.
  • Lead or contribute to end-to-end supply chain design and strategy including planning, material information, financial flows, inventory management and logistics.
  • Participate in multi-function supply chain projects focusing on planning, supply chain modeling/analysis and optimization of compliance, cost, service and inventory.
  • Help design and implement end-to-end supply chain designs, models, processes and BI tools to support business growth in compliance with standards.
  • Identify gaps and recommend opportunities for improving compliance, efficiency and capabilities of the supply chain.
  • Work with IT partners to ensure system framework addresses business requirements and implement, test and improve business systems to enhance supply chain performance.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain & Master Data Specialist to join our team for a 12-month assignment. The successful candidate will:

  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing master data management, and operational supply chain processes.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and seamless execution of business-critical activities that support our manufacturing operations.
  • Leads, or contributes to, the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain solutions and strategy including planning, material information, financial flows, inventory management, and logistics, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Leads or participates in multi-function supply chain projects with an emphasis on project planning, supply chain modeling/analysis and optimization of compliance, cost, service and inventory.
  • Participates in the design, development and implementation of end-to-end supply chain designs, strategies, models, processes, business intelligence and tools to support business growth in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Identifies gaps and recommends opportunities for improving compliance, efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain.
  • Works in conjunction with IT partners to ensure the system framework addresses business requirements.
  • Implements, tests, troubleshoots and improves business systems to improve supply chain compliance, quality, efficiency and volume.
  • Manages and maintains policies, procedures, processes, and tools in compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent. Post-graduate certification and/or license may be required. Typically, at least 1-2+ years of relevant experience within supply chain, manufacturing, master data, or a related operational environment. Strong ability to understand production processes, manufacturing flow, and the dependencies between master data, materials, systems, and shop-floor execution. Experience with electronic batch records, configuration activities, or system setup in a manufacturing or regulated environment is considered highly beneficial. Fluency in English and Danish.
