Job summary

Kayzen, a demand-side platform for mobile apps and CTV, is seeking a Sales Director for Mobile App Developers. You will drive new business from app developers and advertisers, collaborating with marketing, SDRs and customer success leaders across global teams.

Remote-setup is supported with preference for candidates in Berlin, Amsterdam or London to meet the team. You will help expand Kayzen’s reach through strategic partnerships, outbound campaigns and a strong emphasis on customer value,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business development experience in ad-tech or mobile app development
• Experience managing B2B sales or partnerships with complex products/services
• Knowledge of the programmatic landscape and performance media sector
• Basic understanding of CTV; priority to those with CTV sales experience

Responsibilities

• Excel at acquiring new app customers (outbound focus)
• Engage with customers, partners to identify and propose growth opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing to shape narrative for app developers
• Understand customer needs and feed product teams with expansion ideas
• Identify sales/marketing bottlenecks and implement improvements
• Build relationships with ad-tech leaders and key customers; represent Kayzen at events
• Work with SDR to build pipeline and create opportunities
• Keep HubSpot up to date and accurate records
