Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the restaurant team during service.
• Allocate tasks and manage staff breaks.
• Ensure efficient and smooth-running service.
• Greet guests and assist where needed.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate communication between kitchen and front-of-house.
• Open and/or close the restaurant, including cash handling.
• Keep the restaurant clean, organized and ready for service.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff.
• Resolve operational challenges during service.
• Manage stock orders and inventory control.
