Job summary

VirtualWorks Hub in Kolding is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and uphold high standards of food quality and service.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, inventory control, budgeting, training, and ensuring health and safety compliance, while developing local marketing efforts to attract guests. This contract role is for local candidates, with weekends/evenings required; salary is 1100 USD per month, negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
