As a Hotel Sales Manager in Kolding you will be responsible for driving revenue and increasing profitability through the sale of hotel rooms conference facilities and other services Your primary goal will be to attract new customers and retain existing ones by developing and implementing effective sales strategies You will also be responsible for building relationships with corporate clients travel agencies and other potential partners

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills You should have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and be able to identify new business opportunities Previous experience in hotel sales is not required but it is a plus

As a Hotel Sales Manager you will work closely with the hotel team to create attractive packages promotions and marketing campaigns that will drive bookings You will also analyze market trends and competitor activity to ensure our hotel remains competitive

To excel in this role you should be results-driven organized and able to work independently You must also have strong analytical skills to track sales performance and make data-driven decisions A degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management is preferred

This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus commission on sales Our company also provides visa sponsorship for suitable candidates
