Job summary

Singh Law Group in Copenhagen's Carlsberg Byen is seeking a General Manager to lead SMAG's daily operations, ensuring high-quality food and an exceptional guest experience. You will recruit, motivate and develop the restaurant team, manage schedules, monitor costs, and maintain safety and service standards while fostering a positive work environment.

Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are expected; salary is based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Management experience in restaurant, café or hospitality.
• Clear, supportive and motivating leadership.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team.
• Ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare staff schedules and staffing levels.
• Maintain high standards of service, quality and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor revenue, labour costs and food costs.
• Recruit, onboard and train new employees.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Manage purchasing, stock levels and supplier relationships.
• Contribute to ongoing development of the restaurant.
