Job summary

Flying Tiger Copenhagen is seeking a proactive Test Manager to own the testing strategy across key technology and transformation initiatives. You will coordinate testing activities with product teams, engineers, stakeholders, vendors, and partners to build confidence in every release.

You will lead System Integration Testing, End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT while defining entry/exit criteria and release readiness.

Qualifications

Experience as a Test Manager, QA Manager, or similar in complex tech environments.
Understanding of traditional and agile delivery models and how to adapt testing approaches.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
Structured, analytical, pragmatic problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

Define testing methodologies, processes, and best practices for scalable QA.
Plan, coordinate, and manage testing across multiple projects and releases.
Lead SIT, end-to-end, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
Define entry/exit criteria, quality gates, defect management, and release readiness.
Collaborate with engineers to increase automated test coverage and CI/CD integration.
Communicate quality risks and testing progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Coordinate testing across internal teams, external vendors, and partners.
Challenge suppliers to meet agreed quality standards and deliverables.
