Job summary

Terma A/S in Denmark seeks an Advanced Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities across R&D Defense Test Management. You will ensure quality and reliability of complex software solutions, supervise test planning, execution, automation, and collaborate with software engineers, system engineers, and other specialists.

Fluency in English is required; Danish is an advantage. A bachelor’s or master’s in software engineering and ISTQB/ TMAP certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering or similar.
• Certification in software testing (ISTQB or TMAP).
• Experience planning and leading test activities in software development.
• Experience testing complex systems; knowledge of verification & validation.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and test automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control the integration and verification of the system
• Responsible for the Verification Master Plan
• Point of contact for the verification effort
• Plan and drive all test activities and ensure system meets standards
• Support integration of automated tests with the CI/CD pipeline
• Contribute to a Test Community of Practice
