Job summary

BEUMER Group A/S is seeking a Software Test Manager to bridge theory and practice in our software department. You will coach product teams and the System Test function, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with a skilled test team in Poland and contribute to planning System Test releases while maintaining hands-on testing when needed. Fluent Danish and English are expected, and the role offers growth in AI-enabled testing practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• ISTQB Test Manager certification is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality management with risk-based approach.
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement the software testing strategy and define acceptance criteria.
• Provide test architecture input during early requirements clarifications.
• Establish software test management plans for System Test initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on System Test activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the System Test suite and processes.
• Drive maturity and optimization of testing processes across the organization.
• Support teams in testing practices and act as a liaison to the Poland test team.
