Job summary

Nextt & Mason AB in Denmark seeks an Interim Head of Quality Management to lead quality across sourcing, production, and QA systems. You will shape and execute a robust QA plan ahead of two new product launches and secure testing and certification readiness by early next year.

Reporting to the GM, you will manage nine direct reports including test engineers and QA staff, partner with engineering, product management and suppliers, and drive a coherent test strategy and continuous quality

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in quality and testing within product development.
• Experience with electromechanical systems and embedded software.
• Ability to set direction and execute while balancing strategy with hands-on involvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality across sourcing, production, and QA systems.
• Establish test activities including verification, mechanical/environmental, and alpha field testing.
• Ensure testing and certification deadlines are met for upcoming launches.
• Develop and implement a robust QA plan to support product introductions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and suppliers to maintain quality across the value chain.
