Job summary

Terma Group is seeking an Advanced Test Manager to lead test activities and ensure quality across complex software solutions in defense and aerospace. You will collaborate with test engineers in an R&D Defense Test Management team and drive test planning, automation, and CI/CD integration.

Fluent English is required; Danish is a plus. The role is onsite at Terma’s Lystrup/Søborg offices, with a focus on leading testing efforts, guiding a Test Community, and advancing product verification in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering or similar field.
• Certified in software testing principles (ISTQB, TMAP, or similar).
• Proven experience planning and leading test activities in software development.
• Experience testing complex systems and understanding verification and validation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control the integration and verification of the system.
• Responsible for the Verification Master Plan.
• Act as the point of contact for the verification effort.
• Plan and drive all test activities and ensure system meets standards.
• Support integration of automated tests with the CI/CD pipeline.
• Contribute to Test Community of Practice and share best practices.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance testing efficiency.
