Job summary

BMI Group is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Flat Roofing business in Denmark. You will own commercial, budget, and profit responsibilities, driving growth through direct channels to professional roofers and through specification sales to prescribers.

Based at home or our Danish HQ in Nørresundby, you will lead a small team and implement national strategies while strengthening customer relationships and KPI tracking across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive sales management experience and leadership in a geographically dispersed org.
• Strong P&L acumen and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and productivity suites (MS Office/Google Workspace).
• Fluent Danish with professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Budget and performance responsibility for Denmark commercial operations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with group goals.
