Job summary

BMI Group Danmark is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Flat Roofing business in Denmark. You will own commercial, budget, and profit responsibility for sales across Denmark, and you will drive growth through direct channels to professional roofers and via specification sales to prescribers.

You will lead a small sales team, report to the Nordic Commercial Flat Director, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute national plans while developing the sales organisation and KPI

Qualifications

• Extensive sales management experience, ideally in a geographically dispersed organization with P&L awareness.
• Proven track record selling to professional craftsmen and deep knowledge of the Danish market.
• University degree or higher education with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Budget and performance responsibility for commercial operations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the Group's goals.
• Lead and develop a sales team and drive the transformation.
• Build strong customer relationships including key accounts and field meetings.
• Promote the use of digital tools and CRM to support sales activities.
• Coordinate sales efforts and monitor KPIs across Denmark.
