Job summary

You will drive growth through professional roofers and specification sales, implement national plans, and lead a 3-person sales team from a home office or our Danish headquarters in Nørresundby.

You bring extensive sales management experience, a university degree, and a strong network in Danish building materials.

Qualifications

• Extensive sales management experience, ideally in a multi-site organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and P&L acumen.
• Network in the Danish building materials and construction market.

Responsibilities

• Budget and performance responsibility for commercial operations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with group goals.
• Drive professionalisation and development of the sales organisation.
• Own the commercial part of S&OP and KPI development.
• Prioritise and coordinate sales efforts across Denmark.
• Establish training internally and externally.
• Build long-term customer relationships and manage key accounts.
• Utilise digital tools including CRM to monitor performance.
