Job summary

BMI Group Nordic is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing strategy for the Pitched roof category across Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. You will partner with sales, technical teams and PLG product managers to drive growth and ensure customer alignment.

Based in Malmö or Aalborg, you will manage multi-channel marketing, segmentations, budgets and content programs that reinforce our brand in a fast-paced, international market.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Several years of commercial marketing/communications experience.
• Strong stakeholder management in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven marketing plan for the Pitched roof category across Nordic countries.
• Establish segmentation and multi-channel strategies to maximize engagement.
• Oversee category marketing budget to drive ROI.
• Drive content programs across digital and traditional channels.
• Lead product and solution launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Uphold and adapt brand identity across the category.
• Direct the sustainability narrative and content creation.
