Job summary

Sysmex Nordic in Copenhagen is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for our Supply Chain customers and to coordinate order handling across internal and external teams. You will use SAP for contract handling and invoicing, manage deliveries, and collaborate with sales, service, and warehouses to ensure timely fulfilment and data accuracy.

Fluent English is mandatory; Finnish and Swedish are also required, while Danish knowledge is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer service
• Experience using ERP systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience in a company with ISO certification is an advantage
• Fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer service in Supply Chain - first point of contact
• Order handling for external as well as internal customers
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Stakeholder management at local warehouses, internal customers and headquarters
• Contract handling and invoicing using SAP
• Handle customer complaints and support issue resolution.
• Basic master data management
• Collaborate with sales, service, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
