Job summary

Signify in Copenhagen is seeking a Norwegian/Danish speaking Customer Order Specialist to join our team. You will manage orders, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate, timely processing to delight customers.

You will resolve inquiries, maintain master data, and support order fulfilment, delivery, and monthly reporting. Native Norwegian and/or Danish language required; bachelor's in related field preferred; experience in order management helpful.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; strong customer service focus and order processing experience
• Native Norwegian and/or Danish language required for this role
• Experience in order management or supply chain operations; continuous improvement skills (Lean/Six Sigma/Agile) preferred

Responsibilities

• Accept and validate sales orders and references to ensure accurate data
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery
• Manage manual order creation for complex projects with milestones and billing schedules
• Check order availability, propose alternatives, update status and escalate deviations
• Provide timely responses to customer questions and complaints about products and services
• Maintain a clean order book with no old open orders and monitor order status
• Report monthly on order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels
• Manage customer master data and ensure data integrity
