Job summary

Landfolk is seeking a Connectivity Expert in Aarhus to join our Guest & Host Care team. You will ensure seamless integrations with Airbnb, Booking.com, Holidu, HomeToGo, and others, coordinating across partners and internal teams.

You will work at the intersection of service, systems and partners, delivering a safe and smooth experience for hosts and guests across channels. This role requires strong problem-solving and collaboration, with fluent English.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or guest care roles
• Strong collaboration across teams and with external platforms
• Fluent English communication

Responsibilities

• Support and communicate with guests and hosts via chat, email and phone
• Troubleshoot operational issues related to listings, bookings and channel integrations with external platforms
• Own daily tasks and ensure timely execution
• Share user insights with internal teams to improve experience
• Contribute ideas to optimize collaboration with external partners and enhance guest experience
• Continuously improve and document internal workflows and procedures
