Job summary

Landfolk, based in Aarhus, seeks a Connectivity Expert to ensure seamless integrations with third-party channels like Airbnb, Booking.com and more. You will join the Guest & Host Care team, focusing on service, systems and partner collaboration to deliver a safe, smooth booking experience.

You will work across interfaces with hosts, guests and external platforms, owning daily tasks, sharing insights, and contributing ideas to improve cross-channel operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in service industry, operations, or technical/operational support roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong ownership and proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests and hosts via chat, email and phone.
• Troubleshoot listings, bookings and channel integrations with external platforms.
• Take ownership of daily tasks and ensure timely execution.
• Share user insights with internal teams to improve experiences and processes.
• Suggest ideas to optimise collaboration with external partners.
• Document and improve internal workflows and procedures.
