Job summary

Bosch Service Solutions in Lisbon is seeking a technically skilled 1st line support specialist to respond to calls, emails and chats and provide remote assistance to customers.

You will analyse problems, follow incident processes, log incidents in our system, and collaborate with colleagues across Bosch sites while offering clear updates. The role allows office or remote work according to business needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical education in IT systems or experience and advanced knowledge in hardware and software support topics.
• Languages: Danish (C1) and English (B2) required; other European languages are a plus.
• Experience: Customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls, emails and chats for technical 1st level support.
• Analyse technical problems and provide remote assistance.
• Follow defined work instructions and escalation processes for incidents.
• Track incidents in the internal incident management system.
• Maintain communication with colleagues and other Bosch sites.
• Input for FAQ and knowledge base.
• Willingness to work in office and/or remote according to business needs.
