Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a field sales team and execute a growth strategy across geographies. You will develop the team to achieve revenue targets and quotas, while deeply understanding customer priorities and driving territory plans.

You will bring a proven track record in SaaS sales, channel/partner programs, and cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership to drive bookings and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS-based architectures in networking or security.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
• Track record of managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong communication across cross-functional teams including C-suite.
• Experience with channel and partner sales models.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field sellers and develop a strategy to maximize growth.
• Develop and manage the team to generate revenue and meet quotas.
• Engage in territory planning, forecasting, and coaching of direct reports.
• Recruit, hire and train a winning sales team while upholding company values.
• Communicate with leaders at all levels, including executives, to drive results.
