Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Deal Sourcing Partner AI, Healthcare & MedTech based in Denmark to identify high-potential companies in AI, Healthcare and MedTech seeking financing or strategic investment. Qualifications

• 5+ years in deal sourcing, fundraising, M&A, or advisory in Healthcare/MedTech/Life Sciences.
• Active, verifiable network with founders, executives, investors.
• Track record of originating or supporting transactions with an anonymized deal sheet.
• Strong understanding of investment processes and advisory opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial, independent, freelance mindset.
• Ability to identify and secure €2M+ financing deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify promising AI, Healthcare, MedTech, HealthTech, Life Sciences, Biotech, Diagnostics, and Medical Devices opportunities with financing needs or strategic capital.
• Leverage network to generate qualified deal opportunities and warm introductions to decision-makers.
• Assess opportunities for funding, growth, or strategic transactions and prioritize €2M+ deals.
• Support mandates across fundraising, capital raising, M&A, and advisory services.
• Maintain a high-quality deal pipeline and collaborate with internal advisory/capital-raising teams.
• Foster long-term sector partnerships and recurring opportunities in Healthcare/MedTech.
