Jobgether, a partner company, is seeking a Founders Associate in Denmark. You will work directly with the founder, driving strategic priorities and handling day-to-day operations in a fully remote environment.

You will own cross-functional projects, optimize processes, and help the team pursue new business opportunities while collaborating across sales, marketing, and operations. This autonomous role offers rapid exposure to strategy and growth opportunities with impact across a fast-growing

Formación

• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborating directly with the founder on strategic priorities and operational projects.
• Taking independent ownership of key projects across multiple business functions.
• Building, optimizing, and documenting internal processes to support scalable growth.
• Coordinating activities between teams and ensuring projects remain on track.
• Researching new business opportunities, potential partnerships, and emerging markets to support strategic decision-making.
• Identifying operational challenges and developing practical solutions to improve efficiency.
