Job summary

PSV Hafnium, based in Copenhagen and part of PSV Venture House, is seeking an Associate to help identify and nurture early deep-tech startups across the Nordics. You’ll combine technical understanding with commercial curiosity to evaluate opportunities and build relationships with founders, researchers and ecosystem partners.

The role offers flexibility with remote work and requires a university degree in natural sciences or engineering and 2–3 years of relevant experience in strategy,

Qualifications

• University degree in natural sciences or engineering.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, business development, startups or venture capital.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in turning complex technologies into viable businesses.
• International mindset with experience studying or working abroad is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for working with science-based founders and emerging technologies.
• Willingness to travel and attend conferences.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing startups and helping manage our investment pipeline.
• Evaluating opportunities with technical and commercial due diligence.
• Building trusted relationships with founders, researchers and ecosystem partners.
• Representing PSV Hafnium at conferences, universities, startup hubs and other events across the Nordics.
