Job summary

AVEC Human Resources Services is seeking a Danish-speaking support agent to assist drivers with roadside emergencies. You’ll answer calls and emails, create CRM cases, analyze issues and dispatch the right solution while handling a portion of general inquiries.

Work is fully remote (hybrid option for Athens candidates). The role includes relocation support, monthly training sessions, an 8‑month contract, and thrives in an international, fast-paced team with plenty of collaboration and learning

Qualifications

• Native or C1 Danish language proficiency.
• English at least B2 for training and tools.
• No experience required; willingness to learn.
• Solid typing and PC skills.
• Calm, logical problem-solving.
• Ability to handle urgent situations with empathy.
• Basic understanding of roadside assistance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails from drivers needing roadside assistance
• Create detailed cases in the CRM (vehicle, location, coverage, issue)
• Analyze the problem and dispatch the right solution (technician, dealer, towing)
• Manage a small portion of general customer inquiries
• Use multiple tools at once and keep everything organized
• Work rotating shifts, including occasional nights and weekends
