Next Job Abroad is looking for Danish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a fully remote team based in Greece. The role supports European customers for a fashion & lifestyle e-commerce brand, with relocation assistance and training provided.

You will handle orders, inquiries, and complaints, collaborating with colleagues across borders to deliver exceptional service in Danish and English.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish (written and spoken).
• Very good English.
• Interest in fashion, lifestyle or online shopping.
• Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Good technical understanding and computer skills.
• Based in Greece or willing to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Be the main point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat.
• Support customers with orders, deliveries, payments and general inquiries.
• Handle complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.
• Work closely with an international, remote team.
