Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking energetic Danish-speaking customer support agents to join a high-end team in Greece. You will assist Danish customers via calls, emails, and chat, helping them choose products and resolve after-sales questions with a friendly, solution-focused approach.

Relocation to Greece is provided, including flight, airport pickup, and two weeks of paid accommodation. After onboarding, you may work remotely from anywhere in Greece while continuing to learn about our fast-paced

Qualifications

• Danish fluency (native or C1+) in speaking and writing.
• Proficient English for internal training and team communication.
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality.
• Interest in gadgets and tech, and ability to navigate multiple software tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to expert for Danish-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat.
• Troubleshoot gadget queries, handle order tracking, and post-sales questions.
• Provide friendly, proactive, and solution-focused support to create positive customer experiences.
• Navigate browser tabs and support tools, updating customer records in the CRM.
