Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Capital Sales Specialist for SMB and Mid-Market across EMEA.

You will accelerate financing penetration by integrating multi-year payment solutions into regional sales motions, coordinating with Cisco Capital and external financing partners. In this role you will own the sales acceleration strategy, manage bundled offerings across hardware, software subscriptions, and CX services, and partner with field sales, architecture leads, and distributors to drive revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT vendor financing, commercial leasing, enterprise technology sales, or FinTech solutions.
• Track record in structuring, negotiating, and closing technology financing deals.
• Understanding of IT consumption models (XaaS, EA, TCO/ROI).
• Professional English fluency and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement the Cisco Capital business development strategy for SMB/MM across EMEA.
• Drive adoption of structured product financing and Payment-Over-Time solutions.
• Partner with Strategy Leads and Architecture Teams to embed financing into sales plays.
• Collaborate with Cisco Capital Partner Organization for co-selling and deal structuring.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and deliver accurate forecasting.
