Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in maintenance or reliability roles within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production environments and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Ability to analyse equipment and maintenance data to drive technical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Use data to identify trends and opportunities to improve reliability and lifecycle performance.
• Perform failure analyses and develop solutions to prevent recurring issues.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Lead risk assessments and translate outcomes into cost-effective plans.
• Contribute to design and lifecycle considerations for new equipment.
