Job summary

FPRT in Denmark is seeking a Maintenance & Engineering Manager to own the reliability strategy for our high-tech, safety-critical production. You will ensure asset integrity, uptime, and safe operations across all processing equipment, reporting to the Chief Production Officer and leading a technical team.

The role covers maintenance strategy, CMMS implementation, process utilities, EHS compliance, spare parts, and CapEx support for new lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering.
• 5+ years of maintenance management experience in high-safety industries.
• Experience with ATEX/SEVESO or similar regulatory contexts.
• Experience implementing CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo).
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating equipment, electrical systems, and industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a preventive and predictive maintenance strategy for all production equipment.
• Lead CMMS implementation and manage asset history and costs.
• Oversee process utilities and ensure interface readiness.
• Enforce EHS standards and LOTO/ Permit to Work procedures.
• Define spare parts strategies and coordinate with Warehouse for inventory.
• Lead maintenance team and ensure safety training and competence.
• Support CapEx for new lines and assist commissioning.
