Qualifications

• Potentially experience from pharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of GMP requirements and quality management systems.
• A structured and solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• A self-driven, curious mindset with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical equipment, ensuring validated state, compliance, and ongoing optimization.
• Support daily operations in production, troubleshooting issues and driving systematic problem-solving.
• Lead and contribute to process improvements, projects, and technical initiatives.
• Develop and maintain GMP documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and change control activities.
• Coach and train operators and colleagues while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
