Qualifications

• Self-driven, curious mindset with ability to collaborate and influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical equipment, ensuring validated state, compliance, and ongoing optimization
• Support daily operations in production, troubleshooting issues and driving systematic problem-solving
• Lead and contribute to process improvements, projects, and technical initiatives
• Develop and maintain GMP documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and change control activities
• Coach and train operators and colleagues while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
