Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of design verification testing and shelf-life studies across product development projects.
• Author, develop and review test protocols; analyze data and communicate conclusions to support DVT and shelf-life studies, project decisions, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to defining, managing and verifying requirements; provide expertise on verification strategies and risk mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvements in testing methodologies, procedures, training, and ways of working within the department.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to challenge approaches and ensure efficient project execution.
