Wolt is seeking a Head of Retail, Scandinavia to own the regional retail business across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Iceland, with end-to-end responsibility for strategy, growth, performance and profitability.

You will translate regional strategy into priorities, lead Sales, Key Account Management and Retail Operations Excellence, and partner with Country Leads to drive acquisition, growth and outstanding customer experience. This is a high-impact leadership role at a fast-growing scaleup.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of professional experience with people leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record leading multi-country retail or commercial businesses with full P&L ownership.
• Strong background in retail, FMCG, e-commerce or marketplace environments.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with ability to manage performance at regional and country levels.
• Experience building scalable commercial and operational structures across markets.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage enterprise-level relationships.
• Ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on execution.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to strengthen commercial and operational performance (Claude a plus).
