Job summary

HelloFresh in the Nordics seeks an experienced B2C Logistics Team Lead to drive operational excellence across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. You will own relationships with middle and final mile 3PLs, optimize delivery performance, and reduce costs while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

This senior role leads a team, manages P&L and contracts, and uses data to measure improvements, set OKRs, and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years experience working with or for B2C carriers.
• Proven track record optimizing middle and final mile networks using data.
• P&L and contract management experience negotiating rates and T&Cs with suppliers.
• Strong leadership and people management experience with evidence of building engaged teams.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Google suites, SQL, Power BI and AI.
• Fluent in English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with middle & final mile 3PLs; improve performance, customer experience, and reduce costs.
• Track and analyze carrier metrics (OTD, service quality, reliability); identify improvements.
• Lead and motivate the team; drive engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Full P&L ownership and contract management to optimize delivery costs.
• Create long-term solutions with suppliers and internal teams; measure impact with data.
