Orkla House Care invites a seasoned Regional Commercial Director to lead profitable growth and strengthen market positions across Norway, Sweden and Denmark. You will drive the regional strategy, build senior customer relationships, and coordinate with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to deliver financial targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in senior sales or commercial leadership roles.
• Experience leading multi-market or regional commercial organisations, including Scandinavian markets.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering profitable growth and commercial results.
• Experience leading and developing leaders and high-performing commercial teams.
• Extensive experience working with key accounts, strategic customers and senior-level negotiations.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Strong financial understanding, including P&L responsibility, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language.

Aufgaben

• Deliver sales, profitability and market share targets across the Scandinavian region.
• Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy aligned with growth ambitions.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with key customers and lead strategically important negotiations.
• Identify growth opportunities across customers, channels and markets.
• Own the regional commercial forecast and budget, ensuring strong performance management and follow-up.
• Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance to deliver objectives.
• Drive collaboration, knowledge sharing and best practices across markets while balancing local needs with regional priorities.
