Job summary

Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate delivery across internal teams and client engagements in a dynamic Nordic environment. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, risks and governance while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will work in a hybrid model with diverse, high-visibility projects across B2B and B2C clients, developing your leadership and delivery capabilities within a global network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in a comparable environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across internal and client engagements.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: create and coordinate the project team to deliver outputs within scope, time, cost and quality.
• Team Management: define roles, delegate responsibilities, and develop capability.
• Business Case & Benefits Management: support sponsors to prepare and update business cases.
• Budget & Cost Management: manage budgets, forecasts, and actual costs.
• Governance & Decision-Making: establish governance and clear decisions for delivery.
• Project Planning & Controls: design and manage scope, schedule, resources, risks and quality.
• Scheduling & Dependencies: maintain schedules and map dependencies with owners.
• Resource Management: allocate internal and external resources efficiently.
• Stakeholder & Communication Management: manage stakeholder relationships and communications.
• Risk & Issue Management: identify risks, mitigate and escalate as needed.
