Organize key project meetings and provide administrative support. Define and maintain project reporting requirements and cadence; ensure other related organizational tasks are carried out efficiently. Monitor project progress and compliance with regards to organizational policies, security, health and safety, equality and diversity, stakeholder continuity and planning.
  • Project Scheduling: Support the Project Manager with the development and maintenance of the project schedule for activities required to successfully complete the project, including dependencies, resource requirements, and constraints.
  • Project Financial Control: Monitor project spend and support with the compilation of budgets and update/tracking of the business case, where applicable.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support the setup and maintenance of the project stakeholder and communications logs. Help ensure stakeholders are kept informed and aligned.
  • Project Risks & Issues Management: Set up and maintain project risk and issue logs through periodic risk reviews. Support the Project Manager in monitoring and managing project risks.
  • Guidance & Support: Provide advice and guidance to the project team on application of agreed project approaches, tools, forms and templates appropriate for organisational context and project. Set up and maintain project file management using robust version control.
What Success Looks Like
