Job summary

Merkle, a dentsu company, Copenhagen, is seeking a Project Coordinator at the early stage of your PM career. You will support the Project Manager, help run project management processes, and bridge experience, data, engineering teams and clients to keep deliveries on time and within budget.

You'll work 1-2 projects alongside PMO tasks, gaining hands-on exposure and progressing toward independent project ownership across diverse programmes in the Nordics. Hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of project coordination or related experience.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Genuine curiosity and motivation to develop PM capabilities.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication.
• Proactive in identifying and addressing issues early.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the establishment and maintenance of project plans and controls.
• Support project governance, meetings, and reporting cadence.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule, dependencies, and resources.
• Monitor spend and assist with budgets and business case updates.
• Maintain project resource planning information for decision-making.
• Support stakeholder engagement and communications logs.
• Maintain risk and issue logs and assist with risk reviews.
