Job summary

Merkle, a dentsu company, in Copenhagen, Denmark, is seeking a Project Coordinator at the early PM career stage to support a Project Manager on 1–2 projects and assist with PMO tasks. You will help bridge experience, data, engineering and client teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of project coordination or related experience.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Eager to learn and motivated to develop PM capabilities through hands-on experience.
• Collaborative team player who communicates clearly with different audiences.
• Proactive problem-solver who identifies issues early and addresses them with the PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the establishment and maintenance of project plans and controls.
• Support project governance and reporting; organise key meetings and provide admin support.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule, including dependencies and resources.
• Monitor project spend and assist with budgeting and business-case updates.
• Establish and maintain project resource planning information for decision-making.
• Support stakeholder engagement and communication logs to keep teams aligned.
• Set up and maintain risk and issue logs; monitor project risks with the PM.
• Provide guidance on project approaches and templates; maintain file management.
