Job summary

Merkle Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and oversee delivery across client projects, ensuring objectives are met on time, within budget and to quality standards. You’ll liaise between experience, data, engineering teams and clients, driving leadership and delivery excellence.

You will join a team of project managers to manage diverse technical, creative and strategic work, advancing your leadership capabilities within a global professional services group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management or a related role.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and to specification.
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including client stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver outputs on time, budget and quality.
• Manage day-to-day project team activities and define roles/responsibilities.
• Support business cases, benefits tracking and realization of project outcomes.
• Plan, monitor and control scope, schedule, costs, risks and issues.
• Establish governance and decision-making processes for project delivery.
• Design and manage project plans, including scope, resources and dependencies.
• Identify stakeholder needs and maintain effective client communications.
• Monitor risks, issues and dependencies across related projects.
